Do I need to register?
No. All twelve tools are free to use immediately. The site does not offer user accounts or online saving. Your entries stay on the current page only and are cleared when you leave or reload.
How do I keep my work?
Export CSV downloads a spreadsheet-friendly report with your inputs, notes and calculated results. Export JSON downloads the full data and the report. Print / Save PDF opens your browser print window with a readable report; choose a printer or Save as PDF. Keep your copy before leaving the page.
Can I reopen an export in a tool?
This version does not import previous files. You can read CSV files in a spreadsheet app, view JSON in a compatible editor, or refer to a printed or PDF report. To change a scenario after leaving the page, enter the values again.
Are examples current prices?
No. Prefilled amounts are fictional planning scenarios. Replace them with your quotes. The tools do not retrieve property adverts or guarantee a cost of living.
How are purchase taxes included?
Enter the tax amounts from an assessment for your buyer profile and property, together with its date and source. Confirm the assessment to include those amounts in your purchase budget.
What if a download or printing fails?
Keep the page open so that your entries remain available. Try the other export format or the print option. Check that the file is present in your downloads and contains what you need before leaving.
Do reminders send emails?
The document and scouting tools can export dated entries as a calendar file for you to import. They do not send emails or schedule notifications on this site.
