Informational scope
Content helps you organise a move and identify relevant sources. It is not an individual legal, tax, immigration, investment, lending, insurance, engineering or medical assessment. Authorities and independent providers decide their own procedures and services. The assumptions and limitations stated with each tool form part of the information presented.
Your inputs and decisions
Use accurate inputs, verify current requirements with the competent authority and obtain qualified advice when appropriate. Example figures and visual scenes are illustrative. Calculator results are estimates based on stated assumptions and do not constitute a quote, approval, guaranteed saving or determination of eligibility.
Tools and acceptable use
All tools are available without registration. Tool entries stay on the current page only; export or print them before leaving or reloading. Do not upload sensitive documents, submit unlawful content, interfere with the service, automate abusive requests or use the contact form for unsolicited advertising. Export your work and keep an independent copy of important records.
Third-party services and links
External providers operate under their own contracts and policies. We do not take payments, reserve properties, represent a public authority or conclude a provider contract for you. Any remunerated links must be clearly identified.
Content and permitted use
You may read the guides and use or export the tools for personal planning. Original text, diagrams and visual resources are described in the credits. Illustrations do not document verified real places or properties. Statutory rights and rights in external source material remain with their respective holders.
Availability, responsibility and changes
We aim to maintain useful information and a functioning service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every circumstance is covered. Nothing here excludes responsibility or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes will be reflected in the relevant notice. Portuguese law applies subject to any mandatory protections applicable to you; these terms do not remove access to competent courts or authorities.
