Use legislation for legal rules, the competent authority for procedures, and the responsible local institution for its own requirements. A source directory is a research starting point; it is not proof that every statement on every linked page has been verified.
Keep scope and timing visible
A material rule should have a source, publication and effective dates where relevant, the profiles it applies to and a review record. We distinguish the date an automated check ran from the date a competent reviewer approved the content.
What AI does
AI assists with original drafting, organisation and proposed changes. It does not create fictional official requirements, verified market prices or specialist approvals.
Calculations and updates
Calculators explain their assumptions and use the values you provide. The purchase tool combines your property costs with the tax assessment you enter. Automated source checks identify changes for editorial follow-up; they do not publish changes to the guides.
