Information you provide
The contact form collects your name, email, subject, message, optional page URL and the record that you read and understood the Terms of Use and this policy. The planning tools process the tasks, notes, budgets, links and dates you enter in the current browser page. These tool entries are not transmitted to our server or saved online. Exports are downloaded to your device and printing is handled by your browser. Do not enter passport numbers, tax returns, medical records or other sensitive documents. No file-upload function is provided.
Purposes and legal bases
We process contact information to respond to your request, relying on steps requested before a contract where applicable or our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and corrections. Tool calculations and exports run in your browser at your request. Security controls rely on our legitimate interest in protecting the service. Optional analytics or marketing storage would require your prior consent. The required reading acknowledgement is not consent to marketing.
Hosting and recipients
The site uses Netlify for hosting, server functions, security and private storage of contact enquiries. Contact messages are stored privately with Netlify. If automatic email forwarding is enabled, Resend processes a copy of the enquiry for delivery to our mailbox. We do not sell personal data or send your plan to affiliate providers. Following an external link takes you to that provider’s own privacy terms.
International processing
Hosting may involve processing outside Portugal or the European Economic Area. Provider arrangements describe the applicable processing locations and transfer safeguards. Use the Contact page to request information about the arrangements applicable to this service.
Retention
Tool entries exist only while the page remains open and are cleared when you leave or reload it. Downloaded files and printed copies remain under your control on your device. Contact messages in the site storage are deleted by a daily cleanup after their 12-month retention period. Mailbox copies and email-provider logs follow their separate retention arrangements. Abuse-prevention counters use a hash of the connection address within an hourly window; expired counters are removed by the daily cleanup. Cookie choices are stored on your browser for 180 days. Infrastructure security logs and backups follow the providers’ applicable retention arrangements.
Your controls and rights
Use the export and print controls to keep a copy of your tool entries. You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing where the relevant right applies. Withdraw optional cookie consent using Manage cookies. A withdrawal does not retrospectively invalidate earlier processing. Use the Contact page to submit your request; we may need proportionate information to verify it. You may complain to the Portuguese data-protection authority, CNPD, at https://www.cnpd.pt/cidadaos/direitos/.
Children and changes
The planning tools are intended for adults organising their own or their household’s move. Avoid entering children’s personal records. Material changes to purposes or optional tracking will be explained and a new choice requested where needed.
